Pre-orders placed between now and December 15 will ship on December 16, 2025. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Due to the nature of oils and hygiene, we don’t accept returns. But if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it.
Please email us at info@aranye.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

We use cold-pressed oils and high-quality herbal extracts. Our coconut oil is organic and cold-pressed, and we avoid synthetic fragrances, silicones, and parabens.
Yes, and proudly so. No animal ingredients, no animal testing. our products are 100% vegan & cruelty free.
Yes! It works beautifully on straight, wavy, curly, coily, and color-treated hair.
Yes. The formula is gentle, though we always recommend a patch test for first-time use.
Our products are gentle and free of harsh bleaching or stripping agents. Many users with color-treated hair have had excellent results.
Most essential oils are used at very low concentrations (<0.2%). Please consult your physician before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Nope, it washes out easily with shampoo. Start with a few drops and build up. If used correctly (a few drops, massage well, wash out per instructions), it won’t feel heavy or greasy. Less is often more.
For maintenance, 1–2 times per week is ideal. Leave on 30 minutes or overnight for deeper nourishment. For dry or damaged hair, use 2–3 times initially.
Aranye™ hair oil is made with natural oils, which may solidify below 68–70°F / 20–21°C. This is normal and does not affect quality. To restore it to liquid form: warm gently in a double boiler, or microwave in 10-second increments, stirring in between.
Storage / Shelf Life
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly.
Approximately 12 months from opening, longer if stored carefully.
