Shipping / Delivery

We currently ship across the U.S., with international shipping coming soon.
Pre-orders ship early October. We will send a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

Due to the nature of oils and hygiene, we don’t accept returns. But if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it.
Please email us with your order number + photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

We use cold-pressed oils and high-quality herbal extracts. We use organic cold-pressed coconut oil. We avoid synthetic fragrance, silicones, parabens.
Yes, and proudly so. No animal ingredients, no animal testing. our products are 100% vegan & cruelty free.
Yes! It works on straight, wavy, curly, coily, and color-treated hair.
Yes. It’s formulated to be gentle, but always do a patch test first.
Our products have not been specifically formulated for color-treated hair. Having said that, many users with color treated hair have had good results. No harsh bleaching / stripping agents are used.
Many of our essential oils are used in low permissible concentrations (<0.2%). That said, please consult your physician before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Nope, it washes out easily with shampoo. Start with a few drops and build up. If used correctly (a few drops, massage well, wash out per instructions), it won’t feel heavy or greasy. Less is often more.
1–2x per week is ideal for maintenance. Leave it on for at least 30 mins (or overnight for deeper nourishment). Use 2-3 times initially if your scalp and/or hair are dry or damaged.

Storage / Shelf Life

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly.
Approx 12 months from the date of opening; longer if stored well.
